A desire to go ?....

Since shortly, it is now possible to retry the adventure at par with the United States, but under certain conditions.

Here is what the State Department:

Repeat participation. A foreign national who enters the United States as an au pair Exchange Visitor Program participant and who has successfully completed his or her program is eligible to participate again as an au pair participant, provided that he or she has resided outside the United States for at least two years following completion of his or her initial au pair program .

Conditions for registration are the same as for the au pair program, but must also:

- Completing his first stay at par (not to be returned to France before the end of the stay, have completed all courses required)
- Have remained outside the U.S. at least 2 years since the end of the first au pair.

On the way the program is the same: training, on-site monitoring, reception conditions, extension, etc..
